We're here to deliver common-sense guidance at a fraction of the cost—stacking massive value by helping you avoid the high fees of attorneys (typically 33-40% of your settlement) or public adjusters (often 5-20%). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who We Are

WeGetYouMore.ai is operated by [WeGetYouMore,LLC], a Texas limited liability company. We're an online platform providing access to both in-house and third party tools to summarize AI-generated evaluations and suggestions based on the claims information YOU submit. Although we may offer optional cursory human reviews of the a.i. compiled data. It is Important to Note: We are NOT public adjusters, attorneys, or insurance professionals. Our suggestions are not legal advice, policy interpretations, or guarantees of any outcomes. They're general recommendations to empower you with actionable insights. Always consult licensed experts for personalized representation and specific claims advice. The results of any claim depends on your specific policy, circumstances, and applicable laws.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. To access features, you may be required to create an account with accurate and confirm that you are either the insured or have the legal authority to act on their behalf. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for any violations of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services and Use

  • What We Provide: In exchange for an agreed fee amount, the user will be provided a portal through which to submit their claims info, and using a variety of available AI tools, will evaluate the user provided information (with optional human review)and provide a summary of suggestions and other information to the user in an effort to provide valuable tools, documentation, negotiation tactics, and other a.i. provided strategies to aid in the path towards an amicable settlement for all involved.

  • Your Responsibilities: Simply provide accurate, complete information about your claim and its status. Submitting false, illegal, or third-party data without permission is a violation of these Terms and Conditions. This service is to be used only for lawful purposes. YOU the USER are solely responsible for your property claim(s) and ANY decisions made using this a.i. generated research information are those of YOU the user and not WeGetYouMore, LLC.

  • Prohibited Actions: Account monitoring may be utilized to prevent the unlawful or deceptive trade practice of reverse-engineering our AI, scraping content, or using the Service to harm others.

4. Fees and Payments

Our pricing is transparent and value-packed: We offer a menu of flat or tiered fees packages selected by YOU for AI evaluations. The individual packages or à la carte options with add-ons like human claim reviews, satellite imagery, weather reports, estimates, etc. are priced individually and confirmed before checkout. Payments are processed securely via [Payment Processor, e.g., Stripe]. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy. Taxes are your responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (AI tools, suggestions, branding) is owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for personal claims purposes. Don't copy, modify, or distribute without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or results. AI outputs are based on your inputs and general data—errors can happen.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost settlements). Our total liability won't exceed the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

7. Termination

We can terminate your access anytime for violations or at our discretion. Upon termination, your license ends, but Sections 5–9 survive.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice via email or on the site. Continued use confirms user’s acceptance.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in Travis County, Texas courts (or arbitration if we choose). No class actions.

10. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain. No waiver unless in writing. These Terms are the full agreement.
